special weather statement in effectHeavy rain and strong winds continue.Where: Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley - West including Abbotsford. and the Sunshine Coast - Gibsons to Earls Cove.When: This morning.Hazards / Impacts:- Reduced visibilities and water pooling on roads due to heavy rain.- Clear storm drains of leaves and debris.- High winds may cause tree branches to break and lead to power outages. Remarks:A storm system will continue to impact the South Coast this morning.
