General Flood AdvisoryUnder present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the center of Typhoon "JULIAN" {KRATHON} was estimated based on all available data at 245 km East of Calayan, Cagayan (19.4°N, 123.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 150 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 15 km/h. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Camarines Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lower Kilbay Catabangan, Ragay, Tinalmud, Tambang and Lagonoy. + **Camarines Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Labo and Daet Basud.People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned advised to take necessary precautionary measures.
