General Flood AdvisoryUnder present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the center of Typhoon "NIKA" {TORAJI} was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Tadian, Mountain Province (17.0°N, 120.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h and gustiness of up to 200 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 25 km/h. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is moderate to heavy rains. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Benguet** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Upper Bauang. + **Mountain Province** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Apayao** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Upper Abulug and Upper Pamplona. + **Ifugao** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Kalinga** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Abra** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Upper Abra, Tineg and Ikmin.People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to take appropriate actions.
