Coastal Flood Advisory issued May 10 at 1:55AM EDT until May 10 at 3:00AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level inlow-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.* WHERE...In Delaware, New Castle. In New Jersey, Salem.* WHEN...Until 3 AM EDT early this morning.* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the mostvulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or fullroad closures are possible.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Another round of widespread minor coastalflooding is forecast for the Friday night high tide. TheFriday night high tide is forecast to have the highest waterlevels and greatest impacts with this stretch of coastalflooding, and high tide water levels will lower over theweekend.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
