InNew Jersey, Cumberland, Cape May and Atlantic Coastal Cape May.* WHEN...Until 1 AM EDT Friday.* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerableroads in coastal and bayside communities, and along inland tidalwaterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
