In New Jersey, Salem.* WHEN...Until 7 PM EDT this evening.* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the mostvulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or fullroad closures are possible.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
