Up to 8inches of rain has fallen over the past six hours in the wettestareas, and widespread impactful flooding continues. Road closuresremain in place in many areas, with water covering roadways, andland slides also reported. Rainfall rates have decreased over theKahana and Waiahole area and the stream gauges are showing agradual decline in these areas.HAZARD...Heavy rain producing life threatening flash flooding.SOURCE...Radar.IMPACT...Flooding in drainages, streams, rivers, roads,properties, and other low-lying areas. Public roadclosures possible in some areas. Landslides arepossible in steep terrain.
