Rain was falling at a rate of 2 to 3inches per hour.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Waiahole, Waikane, Kahaluu, Ahuimanu, Kaaawa, Punaluu,Kaneohe, Kaneohe Marine Base, Hauula, Kalihi, Maunawili,Kailua, Laie, Manoa, Waimanalo, Palolo, Kahuku, Hawaii Kai,Kualoa and Kahana Valley State Park.Stay away from streams, drainage ditches and low lying areas proneto flooding.
