Urban areasmay receive more significant flooding and property damage due torapid runoff.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- An upper level low will slowly move through the HawaiianIslands this weekend. Weather impacts include slow movingheavy rain and strong thunderstorms increasing the threat forflash flooding statewide. Area stream gauges remainelevated.HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.SOURCE...Radar.IMPACT...Flooding in drainages, streams, rivers, roads,properties, and other low-lying areas. Public roadclosures possible in some areas.
