In northwest Iowa, Emmetand Palo Alto.* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occurin poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may beflooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks andrivers are possible.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Showers and thunderstorms developing this afternoon andevening may bring additional rainfall of 1 to 2" or more toareas that saw heavy rainfall last night.
