Flood Warning issued June 22 at 5:03AM CDT until June 23 at 9:45AM CDT by NWS Sioux Falls SD* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.* WHERE...Portions of northwest Iowa, including the followingcounties, Clay, Dickinson, Lyon, O'Brien, Osceola and Sioux,southwest Minnesota, including the following county, Nobles, andsoutheast South Dakota, including the following counties, Lincoln,Turner and Union.* WHEN...Until 945 AM CDT Sunday.* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lyingand flood-prone locations continues. Several structures areflooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerousroads remain closed due to flooding.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 500 AM CDT, Emergency management reported ongoing floodingfrom heavy rain ongoing.
