Numerous roadsremain closed due to flooding.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 129 AM CDT, Emergency management reported heavy rain inthe warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is alreadyoccurring. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.Numerous areas have no travel advised.
