Insoutheast Iowa, Keokuk, Louisa and Washington.* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occurin poor drainage and urban areas.You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible FloodWarnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be preparedto take action should flooding develop.

Itwill then fall below flood stage late Monday morning.- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drivecars through flooded areas.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
