In Southeast Kansas,Allen, Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho,Wilson and Woodson.* WHEN...Through Sunday afternoon.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Scattered to numerous thunderstorms will impact the regionthis afternoon through tonight.
