Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches ofrain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1inch are possible.- Some locations that may experience flooding include...Owenton, Monterey, Gratz, Elk Lake, Beechwood, Elmer DavisLake, Needmore, Long Ridge, Harmony, Natlee and New Columbus.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
