Flooding of much of the City Dock parking lot isoccurring.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one to one and a half feet abovenormal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at5:26 AM.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth.
