Coastal Flood Advisory issued September 22 at 5:01AM EDT until September 24 at 5:00AM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC* WHAT...One to two feet of inundation above ground level in lowlying areas due to tidal flooding.* WHERE...Shoreline in Southeast Harford County.* WHEN...Until 5 AM EDT Tuesday, especially around the time ofhigh tide.* IMPACTS...At 4.5 feet, portions of the Havre de Grace YachtBasin are flooded, along with Hutchins Park.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides two to two and a half feet abovenormal. The next high tide at Havre de Grace is at 1:53 PM and2:00 AM.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
