Coastal Flood Warning issued September 25 at 3:13AM EDT until September 26 at 6:00AM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC* WHAT...Up to two feet of inundation above ground level in low-lying areas due to tidal flooding.* WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County.* WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT Thursday, especially around the time ofhigh tide overnight.* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, water reaches the floor of the MaritimeMuseum in Annapolis, begins to cover Bowyer Road on the NavalAcademy campus, and numerous businesses on Dock Street areflooded, along with the City Dock parking lot. Bayside Beachbegins to flood around Harbor Road and Lake Drive.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet abovenormal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at11:31 AM and 1:22 AM.Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
