Coastal Flood Advisory issued May 20 at 9:06PM EDT until May 21 at 9:00AM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground levelexpected in low lying areas due to tidal flooding.* WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County.* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT Tuesday, especially around the time ofhigh tide.* IMPACTS...At 3.0 feet, Compromise Street begins to flood inAnnapolis. Flooding of much of the City Dock parking lot isoccurring.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet abovenormal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at4:47 AM and 4:25 PM.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
