Flood Watch issued May 21 at 1:31AM CDT until May 21 at 9:00PM CDT by NWS La Crosse WI* WHAT...Flash Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.* WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties,Allamakee, Chickasaw, Clayton, Fayette, Floyd, Howard, Mitchelland Winneshiek and southeast Minnesota, including the followingcounties, Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Wabasha andWinona.* WHEN...Through this evening.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will continuetoday. Some heavy rainfall has already occurred over partsof Dodge and Mower counties in southeast Minnesota near astationary boundary. Additional rainfall, some heavy isforecast to occur with storms this morning as deeper moistureand a storm system approaches the area. More rainoverspreads the area again this afternoon as the storm systemmoves through.
