City parks and recreationareas along the river begin to flood (Fargo). All storm sewer liftstations are in operation (Fargo).* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 10:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 16.7 feet.- Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stagetomorrow evening and continue rising to 23.5 feet earlyMonday afternoon.
