Movement was east at 25 mph.HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.SOURCE...Radar indicated.IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow aroundunsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation ispossible.Locations impacted include...Faribault, Northfield, Bloomington, Eagan, Burnsville, Lakeville,Apple Valley, Shakopee, Inver Grove Heights, Savage, Prior Lake, andRosemount.This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 56 and 80.If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may leadto localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through floodedroadways.Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm.
