In south central Nebraska, Adams,Buffalo, Clay, Dawson, Fillmore, Franklin, Furnas, Gosper, Hall,Hamilton, Harlan, Kearney and Phelps.* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occurin poor drainage and urban areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are affecting much ofcentral and south central Nebraska. One final round of stormsis expected between 9 AM and 1 PM today.
