For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 33 willresult in frost formation.* WHERE...White Pine County, Southern Lander County and SouthernEureka County and Southwest Elko County.* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 8 AM PDT this morning.For the Frost Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 8 AM PDTWednesday.* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, othersensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoorplumbing. Please cover or bring in sensitive plants.Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To preventfreezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes they shouldbe wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. Those that havein-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above-ground pipes to protect them from freezing.
