In Pennsylvania, Delaware, Philadelphia and LowerBucks.* WHEN...From 1 AM to 6 AM EDT Friday.* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the mostvulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or fullroad closures are possible.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Another round of widespread minor coastalflooding is forecast for the late Friday night to earlySaturday morning high tide. The Friday night to early Saturdaymorning high tide is forecast to have the highest water levelsand greatest impacts with this stretch of coastal flooding, andhigh tide water levels will lower over the weekend.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
