For the Excessive Heat Watch, from Wednesday morningthrough Saturday evening.* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly duringextreme heat and high humidity events.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A prolonged period of excessive heat withhigh temperatures in the 90s is expected through this week, withthe hottest conditions inland from the coast due to a sea breeze.The heat away from the immediate coast is forecast to worsen asthe week goes on, with it peaking late in the week and into theweekend.
