In New York, Richmond (Staten Island) County.* WHEN...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, from 10 AM thismorning to 4 PM EDT this afternoon. For the second CoastalFlood Advisory, from 11 AM to 3 PM EDT Monday.* COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS...Minor flooding in the more vulnerablelocations near the waterfront and shoreline. Some roads andlow lying properties including parking lots, parks, lawns, andhomes and businesses with basements near the waterfront willexperience minor flooding. Brief minor flooding is expectedtonight.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
