InTexas, Northern Hudspeth Highlands/Hueco Mountains.* WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, until 8 PM MDT this evening.For the Wind Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to 6 AM MDT Thursday.* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs couldbe blown down and a few power outages may result.Persons with respiratory problems should make preparations to stayindoors until the storm passes.
