Flood Warning issued June 2 at 10:35AM CDT by NWS Grand Forks ND...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers inMinnesota...North Dakota...Red River of the North at Fargo affecting Clay and Cass Counties.For the Red River...including Wahpeton, Hickson, Fargo, Halstad,East Grand Forks, Oslo, Drayton, Pembina...Minor flooding isforecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Red River of the North at Fargo.* WHEN...Until further notice.* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, 3rd Street underpass is closed (Moorhead).* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 10:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 17.9 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stagethis evening and continue rising to a crest of 22.5 feetFriday morning.- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drivecars through flooded areas.Safety message - Turn around, don't drown.
