In northeast Texas,Delta, Henderson, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains and Van Zandt.* WHEN...Through Sunday evening.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Rainfall totals of 1.5 to 3 inches, with isolated higheramounts up to 5 inches.You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible FloodWarnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be preparedto take action should flooding develop.

Flood Advisory issued April 28 at 3:59AM CDT until April 28 at 7:00AM CDT by NWS Fort Worth TX* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall isexpected.* WHERE...A portion of north central Texas, including the followingcounties, Cooke and Montague.* WHEN...Until 700 AM CDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.River or stream flows are elevated.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- The heavy rain has ended. Minor flooding of low lying and/orpoor drainage areas may continue for a few hours until thewater has had a chance to recede. Please continue to heedremaining road closures.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Gainesville, Nocona, Muenster, St. Jo, Lindsay, Lake Nocona,Lake Muenster, Hubert H Moss Lake, Nocona Hills, Montague,Bonita, Capps Corner, Bulcher, Illinois Bend, Spanish Fort,Marysville, Belcherville, Myra, Stoneburg and Sivells Bend.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flooddeaths occur in vehicles.Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize thedangers of flooding.
