Flood Advisory issued April 28 at 12:17PM CDT until April 28 at 3:15PM CDT by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessiverainfall is expected.* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the followingcounties, Atascosa and Wilson.* WHEN...Until 315 PM CDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding of waterin urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1217 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. This will cause urban and small streamflooding. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected overthe area.
