An additional 1 to 3 inches ofrainfall is expected across broad areas, with isolated higheramounts of 4 to 8 inches possible within the watch area. Low-watercrossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and floodingof creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams arerunning high and could flood with more heavy rain.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- A new round of heavy rainfall is moving into the area fromthe northwest very early this morning, and will continue tomake its way across Southeast Texas today. Because ofmultiple rounds of heavy rain over the past week, floodingmay be seen earlier than would be expected under typicalconditions.
