Innortheast Texas, Delta, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains and Van Zandt.* WHEN...Through Sunday afternoon.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
