Flooding may occurin poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may beflooded.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- The remnants of Hurricane Helene will impact the area throughthis evening. Heavy rainfall is likely along and just east ofthe Blue Ridge, and across parts of the Central ShenandoahValley and surrounding high terrain.
