The heaviest rain looks to be north of highway 8, where 2to 3 inches or more is possible by Saturday night, One to two inchesof rain is likely to the south of highway 8.Urban and small stream flooding is likely during periods of heaviestrains. Some river flooding could be possible by early next week aswater from small streams run into the larger rivers.Now would be a good time to check your sump pump, and move propertyaway from the water if you live near a small stream. Camp groundsshould monitor the weather and ensure the safety of campers nearrivers and streams.
